and Conditions for Eye Snapz

1.
Ownership and Copyright

1.1
All photographs and images taken by Eye Snapz, a division of Happy
Snapz, are the exclusive property of Happy Snapz. 

1.2
By participating in a photo session with Eye Snapz, clients agree
that Happy Snapz retains all rights to the images produced, including
the right to use, reproduce, and publish the images in any medium or
format for promotional, commercial, or any other lawful purposes.

1.3
Clients will receive a license to use the images for personal,
non-commercial purposes only. Any commercial use of the images is
strictly prohibited without the express written consent of Happy
Snapz.

2.
Scope of Service

2.1
Eye Snapz provides photography services strictly for personal use.
The photographs and images produced are intended for personal
enjoyment and keepsakes.

2.2
Our services are not intended for medical or scientific purposes. Eye
Snapz does not conduct any medical or scientific analysis, and the
photographs should not be used for any diagnostic, medical, or
scientific applications.

3.
Limitation of Liability

3.1
Eye Snapz and Happy Snapz, including all photographers, employees,
and representatives, shall not be held liable for any damages,
injuries, or claims arising out of or related to the use of the
photographs for any purpose.

3.2
By engaging in our services, clients agree to indemnify and hold
harmless Eye Snapz and Happy Snapz from any and all claims,
liabilities, damages, or expenses that may arise from the use or
misuse of the photographs.

4.
Client Responsibilities

4.1
Clients are responsible for ensuring that they have the appropriate
consent and permissions to use the images for personal purposes.

4.2
Clients must not use the photographs in any way that could be
construed as offensive, illegal, or infringing on the rights of
others.

5.
Use of Images

5.1
Happy Snapz reserves the right to use images taken during Eye Snapz
sessions for promotional purposes, including but not limited to
website galleries, social media, and marketing materials.

5.2
Clients may request that specific images not be used for promotional
purposes by providing written notice to Happy Snapz at the time of
the photo session.

6.
Governing Law

6.1
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in
accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Happy Snapz
operates.

6.2
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and
conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the
courts in the said jurisdiction.

By
using the services of Eye Snapz, clients acknowledge that they have
read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and
conditions.
